Location: Bogota, Colombia Position Digital Strategy Planning & Execution Senior Associate Role Summary As a Digital Strategy Planning & Execution Senior Associate, you will drive the strategic planning, efficient execution, and continuous optimization of digital advertising campaigns using advanced programmatic technologies and platforms. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive programmatic strategies, selecting platforms, defining target audiences, managing creative formats, monitoring campaign performance, analysing data to generate actionable insights, ensuring brand safety and fraud prevention, tracking campaign finances, and mentoring junior team members to achieve outstanding results. Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, including planning, execution, and optimization. Proven ability to maximize campaign performance and ROI. Expertise in developing programmatic strategies, platform selection, and audience definition. Proficiency in creative format management for effective advertising. Strong skills in daily campaign monitoring, analysis, and optimization, generating actionable insights. Knowledge of fraud prevention and brand safety measures. Familiarity with audibility/visibility verification tools and campaign financial tracking. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency with key programmatic platforms: DV360, Adsmovil, Sonata, TikTok, Meta, Google Ads. Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. Solid understanding of digital metrics and purchasing models. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
