As the Sales Enablement & Onboarding Manager, you will design, implement, and scale enablement programs to accelerate the productivity of our revenue organization. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build onboarding journeys, training curricula, and enablement assets. Location Bogotá, Colombia. Full‑time hybrid; requires office presence 2‑3 days per week in Parque de la 93. Responsibilities Own onboarding for new sales hires (SDRs, AEs, and other GTM roles) from first week through ramp. Design and deliver ongoing regular sales trainings and enablement across product, process, messaging, and sales methodology. Create and maintain core enablement assets (playbooks, decks, battlecards, scripts). Partner with Product and Marketing to enable product launches and updates. Run ongoing enablement programs to reinforce skills and knowledge. Track onboarding and enablement effectiveness (ramp time, readiness, adoption). Continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales operations. Proven experience building and running sales onboarding programs. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
