The Information Security Engineer The Information Security Engineer will assist in security system deployments, configuration, monitoring and reporting. This role involves audits, vulnerability assessments, security testing, and collaborating with different teams on remediation and mitigation of audit findings. The position supports implementing, maintaining, and integrating security controls for corporate WAN, LAN and server architecture. Requirements B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology/Security Working knowledge in endpoint security solutions including Enterprise Antivirus, Threat Protection, Application Control and Data Loss Prevention Working knowledge in firewalls, proxies, SIEM, and IDS/IPS concepts In-depth knowledge and experience with TCP/IP and various protocol types Experience with PCI, HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC2 audit and compliance is not required but a plus Comprehension of Windows, Linux operating systems and networking concepts Experience in incident response and investigation Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure Ability to communicate network security issues to peers Quick learner Great attention to detail About Us We are a collective of highly capable humans who deploy technology and data to best serve our purpose.
