Accounting Analyst supports financial processes related to variable compensation, ensuring accurate execution, recording, and policy compliance. This role also contributes to the monthly close through validation, reconciliation, and control activities, ensuring high-quality financial information. Additionally, it provides support to treasury operations, facilitating timely payments and compliance with financial obligations. Responsibilities Execute variable compensation calculations, ensuring proper policy application and data validation. Coordinate with company leaders to validate, follow up, and resolve compensation‑related matters. Support treasury processes (disbursements, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations). Support accounting processes (affiliations, RADIAN, filing). Assist in monthly financial closing activities. Support the preparation of statutory reports (magnetic media). Requirements English level B2 (written and spoken communication). Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing (8th semester or above) in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and/or financial processes. Experience with accounting software (preferably SIIGO or Ilimitada). #J-18808-Ljbffr
