As an Accounting Specialist, you’ll help the team stay aligned and keep our financial operations running smoothly. You’ll reconcile daily deposits from Shopify and Afterpay, monitor our billing and accounting inboxes, and assist with B2B invoicing and accounts payable functions. Responsibilities Reconcile daily deposits from e-commerce and payment platforms, including Shopify and Afterpay. Perform month-end bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed. Monitor accounting inboxes, ensuring vendor bills are recorded timely and accurately in NetSuite via Bill.com. Support B2B sales operations by creating customer records and invoices in Bill.com, monitoring payments, and entering sales orders in NetSuite. Maintain accurate records and assist with other accounting tasks as needed. Must Haves 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and comfort managing recurring processes. Ability to stay organized while working across multiple systems Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems Familiarity with Bill.com, Shopify, or similar platforms Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team as needed Competitive Salary: Get paid what you're worth!
