Description We are seeking a motivated RO to join our sales team. As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Main tasks and responsibilities Filling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with Backoffice and compliance Responding to client’s requests in a timely manner Keeping up with formats’ updates Minimizing the number of in process / draft leads by following up and completing the documents Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations Support the onboarding clients, and coordinating with other departments (Documents, KYCs) Confirmation Calls, following up with the unfunded accounts. Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers. Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations. Identify and report any patterns or trends in customer inquiries to help improve products and services. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues. Professional and empathetic demeanour when dealing with customer complaints or challenging situations. Fluency in English language.
