Job Summary We are seeking a full-time remote Staff Lawyer / Legal Assistant to assist in our Pre‑Litigation department. Must be bilingual (English–Spanish). Your day‑to‑day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Provide support to the department with various tasks (Pre‑Litigation). Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits. Draft Letters of Representation (LORs). Send Welcome Letters to clients. Relabel file documents and secure clean client records. Order Police Reports. Request Med Pay. Send disengagement letters to providers/clients with attorney approval (using template). Order medical records and bills. Send medical referrals. Generate disbursement sheets. Send Open Records Requests to Police Department (using template) and Non‑Spoliation Letter. Handle case load under attorney supervision. Provide support for the attorney's case load. Handle client communication. Required Qualifications Law graduate or student. Experience with USA personal injury law is a plus. Experience with USA legal firms is preferable. Must be bilingual (English–Spanish) or trilingual (English, Arabic, Spanish). General Requirements Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills (active listening). Ability to collect data and learn quickly. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, complying with the processes. Fully bilingual (English). PC or laptop with wired internet connection recommended. Headset with noise cancellation / quiet place to work. Remote job; responsible for local taxes.
