Job Description We are seeking a Regional Digital Lead (LATAM). This role acts as a strategic connector between client marketing objectives and digital channel strategy, ensuring alignment across measurement, insights, and local market execution. The Regional Digital Lead will collaborate closely with the Hub Director, local market teams, analytics, media, creative partners, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑performing digital solutions across LATAM. Lead the regional digital agenda for LATAM by integrating business strategy, digital operations, and market execution into a cohesive model that delivers growth, consistency, and operational excellence. This role acts as a senior counterpart to the Regional Hub Director, ensuring strategic alignment across markets while providing leadership to both the digital operations and regional strategy functions. People Management & Team Structure Org (text): Global Business Head → Regional Digital Director LATAM Regional Hub Director → Digital Operations Lead / Regional Strategy Director. Direct reports: Digital Operations Lead and Regional Strategy Director. Leadership responsibilities: align priorities across strategy and operations; define team objectives; allocate resources; coach leaders; ensure quality, delivery discipline, and integrated ways of working. Capability development: strengthen regional capabilities, create backup coverage for critical roles, and drive continuous improvement in both strategic and operational functions. Key Stakeholders & Interfaces Internal: Global Business Head; Regional Hub Director; Digital Operations Lead; Regional Strategy Director; market business leads; analytics; media; finance; operations; shared services. External: senior client stakeholders, regional and local marketing leaders, platform partners, and strategic vendors. Governance forums: weekly business and delivery reviews; monthly performance governance; quarterly business reviews; annual planning cycles. Key Responsibilities Lead the integrated regional digital agenda, connecting business ambition, strategy, operating model, and execution standards across LATAM markets. Partner with the Regional Hub Director as a peer to shape priorities, solve business challenges, and ensure consistency in regional delivery. Direct the Regional Strategy Director to translate client and business needs into strategic frameworks, growth opportunities, and market‑ready recommendations. Direct the Digital Operations Lead to implement scalable processes, governance routines, quality controls, and cross‑market operational discipline. Serve as the senior digital advisor for regional stakeholders, driving decision‑making through data, business understanding, and strong executive communication. Own the regional governance model for planning, prioritization, performance follow‑up, issue escalation, and continuous improvement. Drive capability building and team effectiveness by developing leaders, clarifying roles, and ensuring collaboration between strategy, operations, and market teams. Identify innovation opportunities, new ways of working, and transformation initiatives that improve regional performance and client value. Decision Rights & Ways of Working Owns decisions on: regional digital priorities, integrated governance model, team operating standards, and capability‑building agenda. Co‑decides with Regional Hub Director on: market prioritization, major client escalations, resourcing trade‑offs, and strategic business shifts. Escalates to Global Business Head on: major commercial risks, structural decisions, and significant changes to the regional model. Operating cadence: weekly leadership syncs; monthly performance reviews; quarterly planning and executive readouts. Qualifications Key Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in digital leadership, regional business management, strategy, or integrated media / marketing operations. Strong LATAM regional experience with matrix organizations, cross‑market governance, and multi‑stakeholder leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic and operational teams, balancing long‑term vision with delivery discipline. Strong executive presence, business acumen, and communication skills with senior client and internal stakeholders. Experience designing governance models, improving ways of working, and leading transformation or change initiatives. Fluent Spanish and advanced English, with the ability to operate confidently in regional and global environments. Success Metrics Business performance: progress against regional growth, delivery quality, and strategic account objectives. Operational excellence: adherence to governance standards, reduced rework, improved consistency, and on‑time delivery across markets. Strategic impact: quality of recommendations, influence on business decisions, and effectiveness of regional plans.
