Required Qualifications 10+ years of software development experience. 5+ years in technical leadership (Director, Principal Architect, Engineering Manager). Strong background in enterprise projects or digital agencies. Expertise in .NET (C#, .NET Core/6+) and cloud architecture (Azure). Deep knowledge of microservices, API design (REST/GraphQL), and integration patterns. Solid experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure as code. Understanding of security, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic decision‑making skills.
