Your Mission at Algofy As a Marketing Strategist and Project Manager, your mission is to guide clients toward sustainable growth by developing strategic recommendations, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, and ensuring exceptional execution across digital marketing channels. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating business objectives into actionable plans and ensuring that every initiative contributes to measurable results. Your Daily Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Lead client meetings, performance reviews, planning sessions, and strategic discussions. Analyze business goals, marketing performance, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for growth. Develop strategic recommendations that leverage multiple marketing channels and services. Coordinate initiatives across Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Email Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Web teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives, while actively monitoring project boundaries to identify and mitigate scope creep. Facilitate collaboration between specialists and stakeholders to drive execution. Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and meeting notes. Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates in a clear and actionable manner. Contribute to the development of internal processes, frameworks, and account management best practices. Proactively establish, manage, and realign client expectations regarding campaign timelines, deliverables, and resource capacity from day one. Required Skills & Qualifications Professional‑level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, project management, or a related client‑facing role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Strategy. Experience leading client conversations and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Hands‑on experience in one or more marketing disciplines such as Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Email Marketing, or Analytics. Ability to translate business goals into integrated marketing strategies. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with specialists across multiple disciplines. High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Nice to Have Agency experience working with multiple clients simultaneously. Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. Experience managing website or conversion optimization projects.
