Overview Analysis of digital campaign performance (display, site, search, email, social) Contribute and collaborate cross-functionally on idea generation, design and proposal of new and enhanced data insights. Provide ad hoc analytics support to agencies and clients, as requested, to solve strategic marketing problems. Reporting and dashboard development, maintenance and updates. Identify nuances (QA) in data to optimize client’s business. Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research. Work with key stakeholders to understand and clarify marketing strategies, ensure satisfaction and foster trust; deliver a continuous flow of data driven strategies, while securing relationships and positive performance feedback. Responsibilities Advanced Excel experience – required ability to create pivot tables and utilize VLOOKUPS. Experience pulling reports from the following media platforms: Apple Search Ads, CM360, DV360, Meta, Google Ads, SA360, Snapchat, and TikTok. Strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. World-class customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency. Qualifications Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising landscape and concepts. Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.). Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI. Knowledge of analytics tools and relational databases (SQL and Funnel iO).
