Key Responsibilities Draft, review, propose revisions, and negotiate contracts with customers for the provision of products and/or services, including exceptions to tender documents and requests for quotations. Draft, review, propose revisions, and negotiate contracts with suppliers when necessary. Promote and ensure compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations, including obtaining all required legal approvals within the organization. Generate contract reports as needed and actively participate in all aspects of post‑award contract management, including monitoring active and expiring contracts. Manage and administer contract‑related records in the relevant contracts database on a timely basis. Identify and propose improvements to existing contract‑management procedures. Document lessons learned for sharing within the organization. Participate in presentations and workshops related to contract risks, company standards, and processes. Assist in performing operations assurance reviews when requested. Participate in the training and development initiatives and complete all assigned training. Along with the Contract Owner and Contracts Manager, actively participate in all aspects of Post‑Award Contract Management reviews, including follow‑up of action items for remedial work plans. Become familiar with and use all systems and tools available for the role in SLB. Assist the Contracts Manager / Contracts Team Lead, Legal Support Centre as required. Qualifications Professionally qualified in Industrial Engineering, International Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field (non‑lawyer profile). English proficiency at level B2.
