Overview The company is looking for a driven technician to join our fast-paced, collaborative MSP environment. Responsibilities Provide courteous, timely support for service desk requests (phone, web, email) utilizing remote diagnostic tools. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure components. Administer and maintain network firewalls, switches, and endpoint security (antivirus, EDR, MDR). Assist with the architecture and design of network and server solutions. Build trust and establish effective communication with customers and partners. Qualifications 5+ years of equivalent IT experience. Industry Background: Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is strictly required. Systems Admin: Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory (including File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP). Networking & Security: Strong understanding of firewalls (Sophos, Sonicwall, UDM Pro) and log analytics/SIEM platforms. Bonus Skills (Preferred): CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications; experience with NinjaOne RMM and Autotask PSA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
