Key Responsabilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with sales cycles and promotional priorities. Build structured monthly content calendars tailored to different LATAM markets. Manage daily operations of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. Create engaging digital assets (images, short-form videos, scripts, captions) highlighting product USPs, promotions, and retail activities. Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative image, video tools) to efficiently produce scalable, localized marketing materials. Stay ahead of regional social media trends and adapt content to local language nuances and cultural context (Caribbean, Central America, South America). Develop messaging that resonates with entry-level, price-sensitive consumers. Monitor and evaluate KOL content; identify high-performing materials for paid amplification. 2. Offline Retail Monitoring & Execution Ensure stores properly display products according to brand guidelines, including correct product placement and use of POP materials. Support the execution of in-store promotions and retail marketing activities. Work closely with distributors and local teams to improve overall in-store brand presence. Coordinate with external agencies and support the planning and execution of digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok). Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, engagement, reach, ROAS) and provide optimization suggestions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience. Native Spanish speaker; professional English proficiency required. Strong hands-on skills in Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve content creation efficiency. Deep understanding of Latin American cultural and market differences. Experience marketing to entry-level / mass-market consumers is a plus. Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple markets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
