Requisitos y funciones Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience. At least 2–3 years of experience in Software Support or Operations. Experience with mobile or online identity solutions is strongly preferred. Ability to think creatively and work independently. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with end customers and product management teams. Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills. Excellent written and reading proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and viewpoints. Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with rapidly evolving technologies and trends. Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines. Customer-focused mindset with a strong support and responsiveness orientation. Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile application deployment (iOS and Android) and backend solutions supporting mobile applications. Proven experience in business analysis.
