In this role, you will contribute to efficiently managing properties by coordinating repairs, evaluating incidents, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities Receive notifications of property issues and determine if the repair is the landlord's responsibility. Use the preferred vendor list for each property to coordinate repairs. If no vendor is registered, search online and make calls to arrange services. Request photos of damages to evaluate and resolve the situation effectively. Follow up until the work is completed and closed. Requirements Knowledge in construction, engineering, architecture, or property maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity and general repairs.
