We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Visualization Artist to create high-quality renderings for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, materials, lighting, and composition, with the ability to transform architectural plans and concepts into photorealistic visual presentations. Key Responsibilities Create photorealistic 3D renderings for luxury architectural and interior design projects. Develop exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts. Model, texture, light, and render high-end residential and commercial spaces. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to accurately represent project vision and specifications. Apply realistic materials, furnishings, landscaping, and lighting to enhance visual quality. Produce still images, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for client reviews and marketing purposes. Revise renderings based on client and design team feedback. Maintain consistency with project branding, quality standards, and design intent. Stay current with industry trends, visualization techniques, and rendering technologies. Qualifications Proven experience creating architectural renderings and visualizations. Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar tools. Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, materials, lighting, and composition. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and design specifications. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience with animation and architectural walkthroughs.
