About the Role Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Analysts and Scientists work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. What You'll Be Doing Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying close attention to detail Setting up regulatory reporting in Colombia What You'll Need Impressive SQL skills and a solid understanding of complex data systems 4+ years of experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipelines The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications efficiently Great collaboration skills to work with reporting managers and cross-functional teams Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to deliver under tight timeframes Fluency in English and Spanish Nice to have An advanced degree in a core STEM subject Proficiency in additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.) Olympiad-level awards in physics, maths, economics, or programming Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
