Discover the Role In this senior, strategic role, you will lead complex global implementation programs across HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax and Entity Management, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and Project Managers worldwide, driving effective governance, risk management, and commercial oversight while maintaining tight control over milestones, resources, and financials. Beyond execution, you will champion continuous improvement, shape best practices, and support global onboarding initiatives, all while inspiring and guiding a geographically dispersed team through strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver all Global Implementation programs for HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax and Entity Management and Employer Services in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting), where the successful implementation of service resource skills and processes are critical to project success and enabling the TMF contracted Services to be delivered to the client. Manage organizationally complex work, mitigating risk from the start through to life of service offering Take full responsibility for the management Client Project Resources, including project management resource, client subject matter expert or technical resource, 3rd party suppliers, account team members and internal stakeholders Interface with Strategic Partners or 3rd party suppliers, involving agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables Ensure strict commercial change control to manage deviations, driving the implementation revenue and creating awareness of upsell opportunities in coaching team members Adhere to relevant escalation processes to elevate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues Ensure project milestones are agreed and met and that invoices are managed with reference to these dates and/or on completion of deliverables Manage the expenditure within the Implementation Project, ensuring all costs and effort are recorded and services delivered Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored. Ensure products and services delivered within the Implementation Project are within time and budget constraints and meet the required level of quality. Monitor the project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented. Review the outcomes of the Implementation Project to determine any corrective actions that could be taken to improve future delivery in terms of cost, quality and customer satisfaction. Support Head of Global Implementation with initiatives aimed at improving and promoting the HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax, Entity Management and Employer services global onboarding practices. Key Requirements 8+ years program and project management experience, particularly with cross-functional teams. PMP Certification. Proven experience managing end-to-end projects with a strong focus on payroll-related implementations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple jurisdictions. Exceptional written and spoken English mandatory (Spanish/ Portuguese/ Other desirable). Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks to the project and team performance. Proven ability to facilitate discussion and consensus between different team roles and/or management. Proven ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks and adapt strategies to changing or conflicting requirements. Experience with planning and roadmap prioritization. Highly organized and detail oriented; Has the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Demonstrated ability to work within ambiguity, manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines. Adaptable to changing requirements, processes, and timelines. Experience within the HR & Payroll, legal and Accounting professional services sector is advantageous. Strong communication skills, and client-facing experience to gather and understand requirements.
