The Senior Product Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of a product family, coordinating all aspects of product strategy, development, launch, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, PMO, Design, Editorial, Analytics, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure digital products align with business goals, user needs, and overall digital strategy. Responsibilities Strategy & Vision: Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and digital business objectives. Identify and lead new product opportunities, business initiatives, and strategic partnerships to support growth and innovation. Partner with product leaders, stakeholders, and executive teams to drive alignment. Define user requirements, user roles, and business needs to support seamless user experiences and commercial objectives. Leverage data, customer feedback, analytics, and market trends to continuously optimize product performance and user engagement. Support long‑term product planning and prioritization across multiple initiatives and releases. Lead the execution of complex, high‑impact digital initiatives from concept through launch and post‑launch optimization. Collaborate cross‑functionally to establish efficient product development processes, prioritization frameworks, and agile workflows. Create, maintain, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value, strategic priorities, and delivery commitments. Coordinate closely with Engineering, PMO, Design, Editorial, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Develop and communicate product roadmaps, release plans, and feature priorities across teams. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive solutions to maintain momentum and delivery timelines. Communicate product updates, rollout plans, feature releases, and issue resolution status to leadership and stakeholders. Provide visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and project status to support informed decision‑making. Build strong cross‑functional relationships to drive collaboration and alignment across teams and regions. Monitor user engagement, product performance metrics, and operational KPIs to identify optimization opportunities. Analyze product data and customer insights to support continuous product improvements and enhanced user experiences. Drive post‑launch analysis and iterative enhancements based on business outcomes and user feedback. Qualifications 8+ years of experience working on digital products and leading cross‑functional product initiatives. Strong experience working with multidisciplinary teams focused on digital product execution and project delivery. Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and Microsoft/Google productivity tools. Proven track record managing large‑scale digital products and driving successful product launches and continuous optimization initiatives. Strong understanding of digital strategy, traffic acquisition, analytics, and user engagement best practices. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and AI‑driven workflows to support product management, analytics, or digital product enhancements. Experience implementing agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and operational processes that support execution excellence. Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and metrics to support business decisions and product improvements. Functional understanding of CMS platforms and search optimization best practices. Exceptional communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail and follow‑through. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Master’s degree or specialization preferred. Eligibility Requirements Must be willing to work from Bogota, CO.
