Position Overview As the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple long-term care facilities, in southern Illinois. You will provide operational oversight, guidance and leadership to the Administrators, and drive census growth, financial performance, regulatory compliance and more. Regional Director of Operations (RDO) Duties Oversee the operations of the nursing and rehabilitation facilities in your region. Ensure care of your residents if of the highest quality and matches company goals. Hold administrators accountable to work towards company goals. Routine travel to each of your facilities to be a present part of your team and provide in person support. Ensure that all your facilities are operating to the best of their abilities.
