Overview At IDEMIA Secure Transactions you will help build technologies that secure billions of essential transactions every day and experience the great responsibilities that come with it. We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Analyst to support Finance and Purchasing modules within a global, multicultural IT environment. Responsibilities Provide functional support for D365 F&O with focus on Finance and Purchasing Resolve incidents and service requests (AP, AR, GL, Procurement) Support users, deliver trainings, and maintain documentation Participate in UAT, Hypercare, and ERP implementation activities Assist with system integrations and workflows Qualifications 2–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O Strong knowledge of finance and procurement processes Experience with complex integrations and workflows Fluent English and strong communication skills We Offer Direct & Permanent contract with IDEMIA Salary range of 9- 10.5 million COP (gross salary in monthly basis) Health & Life Insurance Funeral Insurance Food Coupons Flexibility to work remotely anywhere based in Colombia #J-18808-Ljbffr
