HRIS Analyst Company: Hatch Requisition ID: Job Category: Human Resources We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic English speaking Human Resources Information System Analyst to join our HR Shared Services team in Medellín. This role reports to the Regional HR Service Center Lead and collaborates with the broader Human Resources group to ensure an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: support the administrative side of the new hire process, including creation of employee records in HR system, managing pre‑boarding and onboarding activities, and assisting with orientation and new employee files. Administrative Tasks: perform general administration, coordinate personnel policy guidance, assist with payroll administration, maintain hard and digital employee records, answer internal and external HR inquiries, manage HRIS transactions (increases, bonuses, leave, terminations). Reporting and Process Improvement: conduct audits of HR data, generate reports on general HR activity, recommend actions to improve processes, develop deep understanding of data through analysis. Employee Benefits: serve as first point of contact for benefits questions, administer various employee benefits programs (group insurance, long‑term disability, pensions), support special projects as assigned. Additional Duties: support any other special projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related HR experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, familiarity with ticketing tool (Zendesk), HR technology (SAP, SuccessFactors). Preferred: SAP and SuccessFactors experience. Administrative Skills: Strong attention to detail, data entry competence, experience managing HRIS transactions. Communication: Business‑level English (written and oral), strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups. Organizational: Prioritize and plan work, multitask, work fast‑paced environment. Analytical: Analyze data, draw conclusions, recommend actions, solve problems.
