Job Description The Product Analyst provides direct support to Visa Colombia Support Services, ensuring daily visibility and control of key operational and financial metrics, enabling informed decision‑making. The role filters information and safeguards the execution of strategic initiatives and compliance with internal procedures across all business areas. Executive Execution Support and Strategic Monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring: Design, maintain, and update the executive control dashboard, performing daily and weekly tracking of KPIs for Sales, Operations, and Finance. Initiative Management: Coordinate and track strategic initiatives and projects delegated by Management, ensuring that area leaders meet defined deadlines and objectives. Executive Material Preparation: Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from all areas to create reports, presentations, and executive summaries for Management and the Board of Directors. Operational and Financial Control Financial Monitoring: Collaborate with the accounting/financial area in the consolidation and verification of basic financial statements and cash flow reports, ensuring data consistency. Auditing and Procedures: Review the adherence of different areas to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the company, identifying and documenting control failures. Process Optimization and Data Analysis Operational Performance Analysis: Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to investigate specific operational problems and propose concrete solutions. Process Documentation: Support the documentation and continuous improvement of internal processes across all areas, seeking efficiencies and cost reductions. Client Research and Data Analysis: Conduct client research to identify key needs that match the product catalog value proposition and create business cases to support the identified opportunities. Collaboration with Different Teams: Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and other departments to define product strategy and client engagement. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and manage the provisioning of education and sales support to relationship management teams. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD). Project Management Skills: Basic understanding of project management principles and practices. Business Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with business analytics methods and tools. Data Analysis Proficiency: Basic skills in data collection concept and tools, with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to influence senior level international bankers. Self‑starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving. Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels. Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently. English Proficiency: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
