Overview We are looking for a Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver Atlassian transformation projects, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Cloud migrations, and AI-powered workflows. You will be a key point of coordination between clients, consultants, architects, developers, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Support project delivery from start to finish. Help manage client projects from initiation through closure. Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track scope, dependencies, and change requests, and monitor project health to surface delivery risks early. Be a reliable point of contact for clients. Support kickoffs, status meetings, and project updates. Communicate clearly across all project phases and help manage stakeholder expectations. Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams. Coordinate people and keep things moving. Align consultants, solution architects, developers, and customer stakeholders around shared priorities and timelines. Help remove blockers and ensure the right resources are in place at each stage of delivery. Maintain governance and standards. Support project governance and reporting. Track KPIs, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction indicators. Maintain thorough project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices. Help customers achieve their business outcomes and adoption goals. Identify opportunities for additional services and support smooth transitions into managed services or ongoing support once projects close. Work with international exposure. Engage with enterprise and Fortune 500 clients in the United States and globally. Operate during US Eastern Time business hours and collaborate with distributed, remote teams across time zones. Qualifications Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal — required. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and able to work on-site in Chico Norte. 2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally in software implementation, technology consulting, or SaaS. Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Comfortable facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations. Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus. Availability during US Eastern Time business hours. Looking for a long-term career opportunity, not a short-term position. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management). Scrum Master, CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification (or working toward one). Experience supporting Cloud migration projects. Familiarity with Atlassian Intelligence, Rovo, Forge, or Automation. Understanding of ITSM, DevOps, and Agile operating models.
