Executive Assistant / Force Multiplier to the Owner This is a trusted operator role for someone who thrives in complexity, loves accountability, and wants to sit inside the inner circle of a multi‑entity business. You’ll work directly with the Owner across accounting firms, real estate, acquisitions, and leadership, seeing everything from business and personal financials to strategy, team challenges and deal flow. Your job is to turn chaos into clarity. What You’ll Actually Do Own the Owner’s inbox and calendar so priorities stay clear and distractions disappear Attend key meetings , capture decisions, and ensure follow‑through happens Translate big ideas into executable plans for the team to act on Protect focus and energy by flagging misaligned priorities Build simple systems to track commitments, projects and deadlines Act as the filter, stabilizer, and accountability partner behind the scenes Owner Support & Priority Management Own and manage the Owner’s calendar, including business, personal, travel and family commitments Act as a gatekeeper for requests, meetings and decisions Protect deep work and personal time, not just fill calendar space Confidently push back when priorities don’t align with stated goals Inbox & Communication Ownership Fully manage the Owner’s inbox: triage, respond, delegate, summarize and unsubscribe Draft emails and communications in the Owner’s voice Ensure urgent matters are handled quickly and non‑urgent matters do not steal focus Maintain strict confidentiality at all times Meetings, Action Items & Accountability Attend most meetings the Owner attends Capture decisions, commitments and next steps from meetings or recordings/transcripts Build and maintain simple tracking systems for tasks, deadlines and priorities Follow up consistently and hold the Owner accountable to what he commits to Execution, Structure & Translation Translate high‑level ideas into clear, actionable plans for leadership and teams Break large initiatives into steps, timelines and owners Build tools, templates and systems where structure is missing Help translate the Owner’s vision into language and expectations the team can execute on Acquisitions & Sensitive Work Support acquisition‑related workflows, including organizing information, responding to requests and tracking deal progress Handle sensitive financial, operational and personnel information with discretion Act as a stabilizing presence during periods of growth, integration or change Personal Logistics & Life Integration Coordinate travel, appointments and personal scheduling Integrate work and life calendars to reduce friction and decision fatigue Build systems that simplify the Owner’s day‑to‑day life Qualifications 5+ years supporting an executive, owner or leadership team in a complex environment Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable learning and using tools like Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, Loom, ChatGPT, as well as ability to learn other software platforms used (e.g., Financial Cents, Rent Manager, Notion) Experience supporting entrepreneurs, professional services or acquisitions is a plus Strong judgment and decision‑making skills Compensation & Growth Monthly base salary $3,000+ (USD) based on experience Performance‑based bonuses Long‑term growth path (this role can evolve into a Chief of Staff position) A front‑row seat to operating and growing real businesses Application Process Receive an invitation to complete a Culture Index assessment Upload a copy of your resume in English at the end of the assessment Include with your resume a cover letter that links to a Loom video explaining why this role excites you and why you’re built for accountability, not just cheerleading Qualified candidates will then be contacted for a Zoom interview #J-18808-Ljbffr
