Overview Gallagher is seeking an experienced ERP Program Level Project Manager specializing in Quality Assurance (User Acceptance Testing) to lead the testing efforts for a global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing user acceptance testing for enterprise systems, with expertise in Dynamics Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the testing of multiple integrations, oversee testing automation tools, and administer testing processes through Azure DevOps. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality systems that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence. How you'll make an impact Project Management : Lead and manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and schedules for Dynamics Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules, coordinate testing activities across multiple integrations to ensure seamless system functionality. Quality Assurance : Oversee the design, execution, and documentation of test cases, ensuring alignment with business requirements; manage testing automation tools, specifically AccelQ, to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency; administer testing workflows and reporting through Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency and accountability. Collaboration and Communication : Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and system integrators, to ensure testing objectives are met; facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to resolve issues and ensure system readiness; provide regular updates to leadership on testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Travel : Travel up to 25% to support testing efforts, collaborate with global teams, and ensure project alignment across regions. About you Bachelor's Degree in engineering, project management or similar fields. 7 years of experience as a Program Level Project Manager specializing in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing for ERP systems. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Project Operations and Finance and Operations modules. Strong knowledge of testing automation tools, specifically AccelQ. Proficiency in managing testing administration through Azure DevOps. Demonstrated ability to manage the testing of multiple integrations in a complex global environment. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with global systems implementation processes and challenges.
