Come make an impact every day at Zebra. What We're Looking For We're looking for a detail‑oriented problem solver to join us as a Sales Compensation Analyst. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales incentive programs, making sure the math works and our team gets paid accurately. You'll dig into data, fix processes, and act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, and our technical teams. If you have a passion for collaboration, an eagle eye for detail, and the patience to stay calm and positive when facing complex challenges, we'd love to have you on the team. What You'll Be Doing Support the Sales Team: Be the reliable go‑to resource for the sales organization, helping them track targets and understand their data. Maintain smooth, clear communication with both internal sales reps and external partners. Manage & Organize Data: Own the collection, organization, and ongoing maintenance of all sales performance and compensation data. Investigate & Solve Problems: Dig into data discrepancies and collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Technical teams to troubleshoot and fix daily operational roadblocks. Improve the Process: Identify bottlenecks and help implement process improvements to make compensation tracking smoother. What You Bring to the Table Excel Wizardry: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are an absolute must‑have, along with a strong familiarity with the rest of the Office software suite. The Right Attitude: Bring a positive, serious, and responsible approach to your work. Possess strong multitasking capabilities and juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. Quick Learner: Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and concepts. Excellent Communicator: Translate complex data into easy‑to‑understand answers for both internal teams and external partners.
