Responsibilities Design Review and Approval: Review and approve designs (documents and plans) and incorporate comments, in accordance with specific requests from the Engineering and Projects area, verifying that the software and standards have been implemented and applied, to comply with the client's requirements and corresponding quality. Planning and Execution: Advise and supervise the personnel under his/her charge in the planning and execution of each project, defining the scope, the applicable standards and assigning priorities to the work group to comply with the Detailed Work Plan (PDT) and the project's man hours. Preparation of Offers: Estimate the man hours and deliverables required, through knowledge and experience of projects, to obtain a proposal that meets the client's requirements. Technical Quality Management in Deliverables: Ensure that the tools and methods established by the Company are used for the quality control of deliverables, according to the specialty, using the standards and control schemes that have been defined, in order to ensure that the Quality and Compliance parameters defined in the Quality Plan of each project and in the Promise are met in all projects of Value. Registration and Control of Man-Hours: Ensure that the personnel in charge record the consumption of Man-Hours in the Registration and Control System assigned by the company. Performance Evaluation: Carry out the annual performance evaluation of each of the employees, according to the performance indicators defined by each specialty and the organizational competencies of the company, to establish personnel classifications that allow identifying shortcomings and reinforcing the technical level of the people in charge. In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad‑hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. Qualifications Professional in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or related Engineering. Desirable Specialization related to Instrumentation, Control, Telecommunications, Project Management or similar. Knowledge and experience for the selection of measurement, control and safety instruments. Knowledge and experience in the design of control, security, fire & gas and telecommunications systems. Knowledge and experience in the execution of physical security projects (CCTV, intrusion detection, access control) and wireless communication systems. Administrative and managerial skills for handling and interacting with work teams focused on achieving the objectives of each project. Experience in the preparation of proposals and estimation of man hours and resources, for the different stages of engineering (conceptual, basic and detailed), considering the terms of reference, execution schedule, resources required and information necessary for the execution of the designs. Experience in planning, budgeting, control and monitoring of engineering activities of projects. In particular, you must show intermediate knowledge in reading MS Project reports or equivalent software. Knowledge, interpretation and application of Norms and Standards applicable to the Oil and Gas sector, according to the specialty. Know the interrelation of the activities and deliverables carried out by instrumentation with those of the other disciplines. Experience in technical evaluations of offers from suppliers of equipment and services related to the discipline. Knowledge and interpretation of specific and interdisciplinary plans that are generated in the different projects. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Handling office tools. Knowledge of HSEQ regulations and procedures associated with the role. Communication Excellent command of the Spanish – English (desirable) language in both oral and written communication and skills. Behavior / Core Competencies Excellent command of the Spanish - English language (desirable) in oral and written communication and skills. From 15.1 years or older, of which they must have at least 5 years in leadership, management or coordination of projects in instrumentation, control and/or telecommunications. Experience in design and execution for projects in instrumentation, control and/or telecommunications. Experience in calculation and design of instrumentation in the Oil & Gas sector. Experience in preparing bids. Experience in leadership, management of work teams and human and technical resources. Experience in planning, budgeting, control and monitoring of engineering activities of projects. Experience and participation in the different phases of engineering, construction, assembly, commissioning, consulting and/or auditing of projects for the Oil and Gas sector.
