In this role, your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence. You will operate as a strong individual contributor with technical leadership and strategic input within your scope, reporting to the Subject Matter Expert on the team. Location Onsite, Bogotá, Colombia. Responsibilities Support quality testing execution and strategy definition based on game design document analysis, and manage progress. Partner with development, production, design, and QV team members. Mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices. Work on quality/process improvements with the leadership team. Create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data‑driven testing scope. Execute early risk assessment, management, and resolution. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in quality assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC, among others. 5+ years of experience using test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes. An understanding of interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks. Experience defining test strategies within a feature or domain area. Experience using development tools to enhance white‑and gray‑box testing strategies. Experience with QA metrics to inform testing decisions. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
