Job Description Clearly communicate PDM’s value proposition to potential clients, understanding their needs and identifying where there is a strong mutual fit for a partnership. Proactively seek, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through organic outreach, including calls, emails, and social media engagement. Use HubSpot, social selling, and phone outreach to contact prospective clients and initiate conversations about how PDM can meet their needs. Reach out to new leads generated through external marketing campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification of leads for the sales team. Coordinate and book conversations for prospective clients with PDM’s Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for further discussions and potential closing of deals. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team regarding the quality and effectiveness of marketing-sourced leads, helping to refine and optimize lead-generation efforts. Meet and exceed your daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance KPIs, focusing on outreach efforts, lead qualification, and conversions. Required Qualifications Proven ability to successfully prospect and secure new business opportunities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, consistently pursuing new leads and opportunities with initiative and determination. Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve team and organizational goals. Strong time management and prioritization skills to manage time effectively, juggling multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build rapport with prospects and team members. Proficient in spoken and written English, enabling clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
