Transformation Manager Drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the global organization. Partner with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and senior leadership to lead cross‑functional, global projects aligned to key business priorities and champion organizational change. Responsibilities Shape and lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes, measurable value, and sustainable change. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Develop business cases to support decision-making, including cost‑benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and scenario planning to justify investments and strategic initiatives. Drive project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, adherence to timelines and budgets, and delivery of measurable outcomes. Anticipate and manage potential risks, issues, or roadblocks with agility to propose effective, forward‑thinking solutions. Oversee transformation governance by managing steering committees, executive communications, risk oversight, and strategic alignment across functional teams. Establish and evolve transformation frameworks and operating models, embedding best practices in program management, change leadership, agile delivery, and performance tracking. Lead organizational change management (OCM) at scale, integrating stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications, and adoption strategies to ensure lasting change. Mentor a global transformation team, elevating capabilities in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery. Continuously assess market trends and emerging practices to keep the TMO at the forefront of innovation and transformation excellence. You have expert‑level knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), organizational change management principles and transformation frameworks. You are highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); advanced tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, or project management software are a plus. You excel at managing stakeholder expectations, navigating complex organizational environments, and influencing across levels. You are analytical and results‑driven, with a track record of delivering projects that achieve business impact. You show outstanding communication and executive presence, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, concisely, and with strategic influence. Background Completed bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Project Management, or related field – MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable. 7‑10+ years of professional experience in transformation, management consulting, strategic project management, or a related function. High knowledge in MS Office with advanced Excel and Power Point skills is strongly desirable and good knowledge of project management, AI tools and Power BI are preferred. Deep knowledge in transformation and project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and enterprise‑level change management methodologies. Relevant Project Management or Organizational Change Management certifications are strongly preferred. Exhibitions of regional transformations. Financial and procurement knowledge highly desirable. Experience in procurement negotiations and managing payment terms. Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity in diverse environments (Cultural Awareness). Advanced English level.
