We seek a strategic pricing approach to play a key role in delivering competitive and effective pricing solutions that drive success for our clients and team. Key Responsibilities Analyze freight rates and lane data to build competitive quotes. Contact carriers to collect market rates. Prepare spot quotes and bid pricing for shipments. Work with the US sales team to win freight opportunities. Evaluate load dimensions, weight, and distance to determine pricing. Monitor market trends and carrier availability. Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for effective communication. Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, or pricing (1+ year preferred). Outstanding analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable trends. A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills and a client‑focused attitude. Incentives Industry‑leading Salary + bonuses.
