Position: Business Cutover and Hypercare Manager – Transcend Program Location: Titusville, New Jersey (hybrid). Alternate locations: Bogotá, Colombia or Markham, Ontario, Canada can be considered. Job Description The Transcend program will modernize the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from seven systems to a single unified platform. The Business Cutover and Hypercare Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of cutover and hyper‑care activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP solution while maintaining operational continuity. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed Ramp Down, Cutover, and Ramp Up (Hyper‑care) checklists and project plans aligned with technical milestones. Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, and issue resolution for cutover and hyper‑care phases. Conduct business readiness assessments and tabletop exercises to validate system and process readiness for cutover. Design command center logistics, communications, escalation procedures, and documentation (policies, procedures, downtime processes). Coordinate business requirements, resources, and support structures for Go‑Live/Hyper‑care, including staffing and logistics. Provide status reporting on cutover and hyper‑care to project leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure adherence to entry and exit gate criteria, including final Go/No‑Go meetings. Act as escalation point for business cutover and hyper‑care issues and intervene proactively to protect deliverables. Develop back‑out and contingency plans for Ramp‑Up/Go‑Live periods. Qualifications Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; 1–3 years leading cutover & hyper‑care for large transformation programs. Strong customer focus (internal & external). Experience with Agile methodology. Proven project leadership with timelines, resources, and change management. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs. People management and development experience. Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations. Agile decision‑making, analytics, business alignment, developing others, inclusive leadership, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), organizational project management, program management, project management methodology (PMM), PMO, project tools, project reporting, stakeholder engagement, Statement of Work (SOW), team management.
