This role is designed for a recent graduate passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands‑on experience in administrative and operational HR processes within a dynamic corporate environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting onboarding, employee documentation, administrative coordination, employee wellness initiatives, and internal HR operations while collaborating with both Colombian and international teams. Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment: Colombian and International Teams. Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1). Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Contract: Fixed‑Term Colombian Contract (6‑Month Maternity Leave Replacement). Requirements Education: Recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields. Experience: Internship or academic experience in Human Resources, administration, or related areas is a plus. Skills: English communication skills (B2 level), Microsoft Office proficiency, digital documentation management, organization, scheduling, and administrative support. Characteristics: Organized, proactive, responsible, eager to learn, detail‑oriented, professional discretion, and strong communication skills.
