We will count on you to: In this role, you will support Risk Management Consulting projects, working on topics such as: Business continuity (risk assessments) Crisis management (operational disruptions, response and continuity plans) Technology recovery Organizational resilience Lead meetings with multiple teams (e.g., Financial Planning, among others) Analysis and development of strategic plans, forecasting, and follow-up. Supporting senior consultants on projects. Developing training sessions, diagnostics, and reports (Excel and Power BI). Using AI to propose solutions and deliver faster/more competitive results. What you need to have: New graduate or a bachelor’s degree with graduation no more than 4 years ago in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related careers. Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably in risk consulting. A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI and AI. English language fluency.
