As a Build Engineer, you will own and optimize the build infrastructure for the entire engineering organization and ensure the reliability and efficiency of the compilation and linking processes, enabling development teams to deliver high-quality software at scale. What You'll Do Design, implement, and maintain scalable build systems to support diverse engineering projects. Manage the end-to-end compilation and linking processes to ensure consistent and reproducible builds. Oversee artifact management and publishing workflows to streamline software delivery. Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve build performance and developer productivity. Monitor build infrastructure health and proactively resolve issues to maintain high system reliability. Define and implement standards for build automation and artifact versioning across the organization. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Build Engineering, DevOps, or Developer Infrastructure. Proven expertise in managing large-scale build systems and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in compilation, linking, and artifact management processes. Hands‑on experience improving build reliability and developer productivity.
