Salesforce CPQ Specialist at BairesDev As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will design and implement complex Configure‑Price‑Quote solutions to streamline sales operations. You will align technical capabilities with business requirements to ensure accurate pricing, quoting, and billing processes across the organization. What You’ll Do Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ components, including product bundles, constraint rules, and price rules. Design and implement complex pricing models and discount schedules to automate quote calculations. Develop and optimize approval workflows and quote templates to enhance deal velocity and document accuracy. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to translate business logic into scalable technical solutions. Ensure data integrity and system performance within the CPQ environment through regular audits and testing. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or development with a focus on CPQ. Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions. Proficiency in building pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates. Hands‑on experience with approval workflows and sales process automation.
