About the Role Aditi Consulting is establishing a new AI Systems Practice and seeks a Practice Lead who can build and run a team that delivers AI solutions to customers and enables our internal operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical credibility and a consultative approach to business problems, turning ambiguous challenges into deployed agentic systems. Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and engineering teams across Aditi’s customer base, translating business pain into agentic process design. Practice Building : Stand up and scale the AI Systems Practice—hire, mentor, and lead AI Engineers and an AI Product Designer; define the practice’s service catalog, delivery methodology, and quality standards. Internal AI Enablement : AI‑enable Aditi’s operations—drive individual productivity improvements and build agentic systems that power internal workflow. Individual Productivity (Phase 1) : Deploy AI‑assisted workflows that give contributors superpowers—document generation, data analysis, code assistance, and intelligent automation. Tool & Skill Creation (Phase 2) : Build reusable AI tools, skills, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that extend agentic platforms; package IP into solution packs deployable across the customer base. Agentic Systems Deployment (Phase 3) : Architect and deliver multi‑agent systems on industry platforms (Anthropic Claude, cloud‑native stacks, enterprise AI platforms), moving customers from point solutions to enterprise‑grade agentic infrastructure. AI‑Enabled Workflows : Design and deploy AI‑powered workflows that Client Managers leverage for lead generation, account intelligence, and client engagement—systems that run autonomously in an agentic environment. Go‑to‑Market : Partner with sales and marketing to create demo environments, nurture content, and technical collateral that differentiates Aditi. What You Bring 8+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, or technical consulting, with 3+ years leading a practice, team, or delivery. Proven ability to sit across the table from a CFO in the morning and pair‑program with an engineer in the afternoon. Deep hands‑on experience building LLM‑powered applications: prompt engineering, RAG architectures, function calling, multi‑agent orchestration. Hands‑on experience building MCP servers, skills, custom GPTs/assistants, and working with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenClaw, OpenFang, or similar). Experience deploying AI solutions at scale—not just proofs of concept. Strong product sense: identify the highest‑leverage problem in a business process and design an agentic solution for it. Comfort with ambiguity—you’ve built something from zero before and can do it again. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and executive briefs. Experience AI Infrastructure : RAG architectures, MCP servers, vector databases, embedding models. Agentic Frameworks : OpenClaw, OpenFang, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration. LLM Platforms : Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent—function calling, agent SDKs, tools. Broader Experience (Nice to Have) Experience at or selling against Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar AI‑native companies. Cloud AI services: AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, GCP Vertex AI. Data & integration: Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL/ELT pipelines. AI security & governance: guardrails, prompt injection defense, PII handling, SOC 2, HIPAA. Published thought leadership (blog posts, conference talks, open‑source contributions) in AI/agentic systems. Familiarity with “Services as Software” delivery models. Experience building AI‑enabled lead generation or client engagement workflows. Why This Role This isn’t a staff augmentation play.
