Senior Financial Analyst, GSM Finance – Indirect Hybrid role within the Global Supply Chain Finance team. Responsibilities Serve as a financial business partner to multiple strategic sourcing category teams, accounting for ~$1B in annual spend. Provide support for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, forecasting, audit reporting, and spend analysis. Support strategic sourcing events by delivering comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations to inform decision‑making aligned with category strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of category strategy. Develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility and improve internal efficiencies. Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators to inform decisions, identify productivity opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Evaluate macro‑economic trends and their impact on the organization’s financial health. Provide ad‑hoc support on special projects, key business initiatives, and supplier proposals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in ERP and financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx. Fluent in English.
