Accounting & Reporting Specialist Consolidate financial information from multiple Business Units across the region to prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) in compliance with accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles. Key Responsibilities Collect and structure financial data from multiple Business Units, ensuring completeness and accuracy for consolidation processes. Perform validation and control checks on financial data to reduce risks and ensure compliance. Consolidate financial information using specialized tools to provide a unified financial view. Ensure alignment with local and international financial reporting standards. Prepare consolidated financial reports to support strategic decision-making and compliance requirements. Reconcile consolidated financial statements with individual Business Unit reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and consolidation processes. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields. Specific Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Record to Report (R2R) or financial reporting environments. Technical Skills: US GAAP, strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles; solid experience with SAP. Other: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
