Job Description Customer Service Consultants in this role get to: Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products and application status through phone and email channels Guide potential borrowers through the loan application process, explaining requirements and documentation needed Handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality and attention to detail Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring proper follow-up Identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to improve service delivery Data admin support by reading various documents and inputting information into our CRM and proprietary platform Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and multi-line phone systems All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
