Responsibilities Greets all walk‑in customers at the dealership and creates a warm, friendly environment. Assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance. Reviews dealership calendar daily to stay aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generates floor activity reports. Documents vehicle mileage and obtains customer contact information. Maintains accurate daily log of customer and floor traffic information. Answers incoming phone calls and directs or relays messages to appropriate parties. Maintains professional appearance of showroom and work area. Requirements High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist, or clerical experience. Typing speed of 35 words per minute. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Dedication to customer service excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Maintains a professional appearance.
