Legal Affairs Manager (Focus on Labor Law) We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Affairs Manager with strong expertise in Labor Law to join our team. This role will be key in ensuring compliance, managing labor relations, and providing strategic legal guidance aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies. Manage labor disputes, claims, and negotiations. Support HR in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Draft, review, and update employment contracts and internal policies. Represent the company before labor authorities when required. Qualifications Law degree (specialization in Labor Law is highly preferred). +5 years of experience in labor law, ideally within corporate environments. Strong knowledge of local labor regulations. Experience working closely with HR teams. English level B2–C1 (written and spoken). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
