What We Are Looking For As a team we are looking for driven people who have GRIT, TENACITY & A DESIRE TO WIN! Our Sales Representatives focus on the fast‑paced aspect of our business, moving commodities from point A to point B. You will be responsible for creating and managing your individual book of business through communication with carriers to ensure timely pick‑ups and deliveries of our customer‘s freight while building and growing relationships in the process. This role combines inside sales, account management and relationship building all into one. Job Responsibilities Provide and negotiate freight rates to carriers. Manage your daily shipments to ensure timely pick‑up and delivery. Collaborate internally with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans. Communicate effectively both internally and externally. Resolve transportation problems with urgency and professionalism. Procurement of new carriers based on volume and lane density. Maintain strong grasp and market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality. Meet and exceed monthly goals as set by department leadership. Communicate effectively with all carriers, customers and other Circle employees. Escalate issues to properly. Relay load updates internally. Requirements Professional Proficiency in the English Language (Mandatory). Must live in Colombia (Mandatory). Freight brokerage or account management experience (preferred). Proficient in Google Drive and Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports). Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment and multitask. Strong attention to detail. Willing to be available after hours, night shifts and weekends, if needed. Excellent problem‑solving and time management skills. Strong work ethic.
