We are seeking a driven retail sales professional to engage directly with prospective and active traders across LATAM. This role is centered on converting qualified applicants into funded clients, supporting their onboarding journey, and building long-term relationships that drive trading activity and retention. You will operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment where success is measured by your ability to connect with traders, understand their goals, and guide them through their trading journey. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and active traders across LATAM, converting qualified applicants into funded and active clients Guide clients through account completion, funding, and onboarding using a relationship‑led sales approach Drive client activation, deposits, and trading activity in a target‑driven environment Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to maximize retention, loyalty, and lifetime value Proactively manage client engagement by monitoring activity and re‑engaging inactive or low‑activity traders Present and explain trading platforms, products, and services clearly and professionally Deliver a high‑touch, client‑centric experience across phone, email, chat, and in‑person interactions Handle client queries, objections, and escalations with ownership and professionalism Support KYC/AML processes and ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and regional regulations Stay informed on financial markets, trading products, and LATAM client trends to enhance sales performance Travel within the region as required to support client engagement and commercial initiatives Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese language skills (a strong plus) Proven experience in retail sales within financial services, trading, or brokerage environments Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client‑facing role Strong understanding of retail trader behavior and lifecycle (onboarding, activation, retention) Experience working with or at key competitors in the region is a strong advantage (e.g., Exness, XM, XTB, or similar FX/CFD brokers) Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills High level of motivation, resilience, and comfort operating in a performance‑driven environment Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, is a plus Working Environment Full time (Monday to Friday), with an indefinite contract. Hybrid setting: 4 days in‑office and 1 day from home.
