Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Implementation & Support N2) LATAM / Remote We are looking for an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Level 2) to join our implementation and support team. This is a remote position open to candidates across Latin America (LATAM) . The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience providing support and implementing Cisco Collaboration solutions , including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, WebEx, and UCCX . This position requires strong technical skills in VoIP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP , and a solid understanding of voice gateways, encryption (TLS), and Cisco security best practices . Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions. Manage and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, WebEx , and Contact Center Express . Configure and support voice gateways (E1/T1, SIP, analog) and PSTN integrations. Implement and maintain security protocols (TLS, certificates, SSO, Toll Fraud prevention). Integrate with Active Directory , email platforms , and Microsoft Teams . Deploy and support WebEx Calling, WebEx Meetings , and WebEx Edge solutions. Document implementation plans, test plans, and ensure compliance with project lifecycles. Support high availability and redundancy configurations across all collaboration systems. Perform troubleshooting using tools such as RTMT and TranslatorX . Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics , or related field. 4+ years of experience in Cisco Collaboration support or implementation. Hands‑on experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, WebEx , and UCCX . Knowledge of SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and QoS . Familiarity with DNS, certificates, encryption (TLS) , and network fundamentals . Strong understanding of project documentation and implementation lifecycles. English level: Intermediate-High to High. Preferred Certifications Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA) Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services (CLACCM) Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions (CLCEI) Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications (CLICA) Deploying Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCXD) Soft Skills Adaptability and autonomy.
