Shifting from a traditional SaaS model to a deeply consultative partner, we need someone who can go beyond standard account management to act as a strategic advisor. In this pivotal role, you will help our clients navigate advanced planning processes, ensuring they achieve maximum value, customized solutions, and demonstrable return on investment from our AI-driven platform. What You Will Be Doing Consultative Guidance & Implementation: Partner closely with clients to understand their unique financial and operational workflows, leading high-impact professional services and implementation projects (especially involving AI tools). Strategic Partnership: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with a diverse range of client stakeholders, from daily end-users to C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a software vendor. Value Realization & ROI: Collaborate with clients to define clear operational goals, conducting regular business reviews to showcase progress and illustrate concrete financial returns. Client Onboarding & Adoption: Lead comprehensive onboarding and tailored training initiatives to accelerate platform adoption and ensure clients quickly realize strategic value. Proactive Engagement: Monitor usage data and operational health to proactively identify risk areas and growth opportunities, engaging early with accounts to prevent churn. Growth & Expansion: Strategically manage the renewal process and actively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and extended professional services within your portfolio. Product Influence: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, gathering valuable feedback to collaborate with product and engineering teams to help shape our platform’s roadmap. Requirements Professional Background: 2-5 years of proven experience in management consulting, fintech, implementation, or technical project management. Experience delivering professional services or executing AI implementation projects is highly advantageous. Financial & Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently discuss financial metrics and business ROI. Proficiency in data manipulation tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python, is required. Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, project-oriented client engagements, communicate intricate technical concepts clearly, and foster a truly customer-centric approach. Organizational Prowess: Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills, essential for managing multiple priorities and custom client deliveries in a dynamic environment.
