Role Summary And Impact This role, as a Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) Manager, is pivotal in transforming complex data signals into profitable business decisions by leading comprehensive measurement strategies and optimizing the data ecosystem. The primary mission is to ensure the traceability and demonstrable impact of media investments (paid, owned & earned) on client growth, leveraging advanced attribution, incrementality, and predictive analytics models. This involves designing and implementing 360‑degree measurement frameworks, supervising advanced analytical modeling, and establishing robust data governance with automated ETL processes. The impact of this role is significant, resulting in clearly defined client measurement plans with business‑aligned KPIs, a substantial reduction in media investment uncertainty through frequent lift tests, a shift towards proactive data analysis by automating operational reports, and a marked increase in the adoption of data‑driven recommendations by clients. Skills And Experience Education: Professional degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Marketing with a specialization in Data Science. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related field. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with Cloud environments. Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and various ad‑tech platforms. Proven experience applying machine learning models to marketing (e.g., Clustering, LTV, Churn analysis). Strong skills in data visualization. Soft Skills Assertive communication to translate technical concepts into business language.
