This position will be key to driving a cloud-centric strategy, fostering business growth, optimizing infrastructure, and supporting innovation across the organization. What You'll Do Design and evolve the organization’s cloud architecture, defining standards, patterns, and best practices Lead the transition from legacy environments to modern, cloud-based, service-oriented architectures Drive infrastructure, automation, and modernization initiatives Define and enforce cloud security, governance, and cost optimization practices (FinOps) Implement Infrastructure as Code strategies (Terraform, AWS CDK) and CI/CD pipelines Build and promote Platform Engineering capabilities to enable developer self-service Support strategic technology decisions (build vs. buy, tooling, architecture roadmap) Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, SRE, QA, and business teams Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational scalability Mentor DevOps and cloud engineers, elevating technical standards and practices What We Expect You To Have 8+ years of experience in technology, with strong focus on cloud architecture Deep expertise in AWS (Solutions Architect certification is a strong plus) Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform required) and CI/CD pipelines Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) Experience with DevSecOps practices and cloud security (IAM, Zero Trust, secrets management) Proven ability to manage and optimize cloud costs (FinOps) Background in software development (Python, Go, or TypeScript preferred) Experience designing scalable, resilient solutions at organizational level Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders Strategic mindset with a strong focus on business impact and decision-making What we offer
